Travel Dieting

What I mean when travel dieting, I mean taking your food with you. The notion within travel dieting is portioning your food into individual meals and packing them to be taken with you as you go. that regulates what you eat and what not to eat. What you have to do to succeed in travel dieting is to not stray from the program, simply eat only what is in your rations. Now don’t ration yourself like something where you eat ridiculously little or not sufficient to satisfy your daily appetite, simply pack what you need to eat in a day.

Now I know your thinking that is tough, how can you stray and never snack? I am not telling you not to snack! Just to snack healthy and within your

portions! For that pack a portioned snack to take with you to work or school or where ever that is generally healthy. For Example : carrots, celery, yogurt, etc. Do not go for something like chips, donuts, a sweet bar, etc. Portion it and keep it healthy and so will you be.

Remember to bring your snacks with you, do not go for external unplanned meals or snacks, have control and scheduling with your life and eating plans. Remember that the main focus of your life should not be on enjoying your next meal. We merely eat to sustain nutrition and survival. Otherwise it’s increasingly like an addiction or habit out of boredom, which in turn leads to an unhealthy track.
