"ILVTOFU" Too Dirty for the Road

She’s so proud of her healthy lifestyle, in fact, she recently ordered a vanity license plate professing her love for tofu . The Colorado Department of Revenue turned it down. Why? Coffman-Lee requested the plate read, “ILVTOFU,” a simple statement about her adoration of her favorite soy-based snack.
